OUR ROTTWEILER LITTERS

Coming Fall 2018 and already selling out!! Due to popular demand we are introducing Yeti in a huge way. Yeti's first litter was with Nena in July 2018 and was everything we knew they would be. This fall we will breed every eligible female in the kennel to this young phenom!

We will be keeping select puppies to be put thru our rigorous working puppy imprinting program. These puppies will only be sold after they have completed the program and will then be ready for futures in competition, protection, or any number of working dog venues.

But, we will only keep back a very select few. There will still be a fair number of these puppies for sale at 8-10 weeks old. Get your deposit in early as we already have 8 puppies sold from these upcoming litters. People who have watched Yeti develop, have been patiently waiting for this.

Yeti will not be standing as stud for the general public. His offspring, for now, will only be available here at Hawk Creek Rottweilers.

Now, here is some very exciting news! My family and I have talked and talked and have decided to offer this amazing young dog for sale. You read that right, For Sale. Yeti is an excellent family dog and is highly trained to be a protection dog. He does odor detection (want to know if there are drugs in your home)? Take a good look at his pedigree and you will find nothing short of Rottweiler Royalty. Want to build your own breeding kennel? You can start with an 8 week old puppy, train, worry, and wait for two years, or you can buy one of the best young males I have seen, handled, and trained. I will be collecting and storing semen from Yeti prior to sale, and breeding rights I will discuss with any serious buyer. I will come with Yeti, to inspect where he will live and reserve the right to refuse sale for any reason. Otherwise,I will spend 2-3 days with you and your family making sure everyone is comfortable before leaving. You may call 229-589-0358 to discuss details, but I do ask for serious inquiries only.

We are not anxious to sell Yeti. It has been a very big decision. If he doesn't sell, then obviously he will continue to live here. A bargain at a higher price, but as always, we try to be very fair and reasonable when it comes to pricing, Yeti is being offered to the right home for $25,000 plus travel expenses.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm interested, now what?

Take a look at our litter page. It will let you know what pairings we are expecting litters from now and upcoming. We will be updating this page regularly so check often. When you find the pairing you like, call or email us. When we get your inquiry we will let you know very soon what picks are available from that litter. Download the puppy contract, sign it and send it to us with a deposit. At that point, and ONLY at that point your pick is reserved. Now for the tough part...wait. At about 6 weeks old we will start posting meaningful pictures of the litters with colored collars on. The collars are simply for identification purposes. At 49 days of age we will test our puppies using the Vollhard Aptitude test. At that point we will begin allowing picks to be made. We will advise you after conducting a brief interview concerning what you are looking for with your new puppy. But, the final decision is yours. Between 7 and 8 weeks of age you will need to send the final payment and we will begin to set up shipping arrangements with the airlines or your preferred shipping method. We will be in close contact the day leading up to shipping to be sure everyone has all of the details needed in order for shipping and receiving to be a smooth process. Relax...our goal is to make this stress free for you and for your new puppy. If you are stressed, your puppy will be stressed and we don't want either! We'll be doing the stressful part for you.

I've got my puppy, now what?

       4) Proper feeding is a must. Make sure to offer your new puppy high quality food and fresh water. Dog foods are very wide in variety and quality. I will offer private consultations as needed. Otherwise, do your homework.

       5) Prepare his environment. He is a wide open bundle of energy and curiosity. The way he investigates is sniffing, scratching, and chewing. Be ready and put aside dangerous objects.

       6) HAVE FUN! You new puppy needs to know when he or she makes you happy. It's part of the bonding process. Praise good behavior and be very reluctant to punish. Be honest with yourself! Is it really his fault he chewed your nice shoes?

       7) No jumping or climbing. Those little joints are still developing. They can't take high impact activities and we CAN NOT guarantee joints that have been exposed to the injuries resulting in this kind of stress.

       8) CALL US! If you have questions or concerns feel free to email or call us. We are happy to help whenever we can. We don't have all of the answers, but we do have a lot of years of experience.

We are glad to assist with the acclimation process of your new family member. Here are some very basic does and don'ts for the upcoming weeks.

       1) Go to your vet. We have had our vet check you puppy, but you need to hear from your vet that your new puppy is healthy.
       2) Do not go anywhere else with your new puppy!! I know, I know, I said socialize and go places. This is not the time for that. Your puppy has had all of the required vaccines, however, he/she does not have the immune system to ward off parvo and distemper just yet. Your puppy has just been stressed and will not develop immunity to these deadly diseases until after few days after their 3rd vaccination. I know you want to show your new baby off, but there will be time for that after keeping her safe first.

       3) Make sure you and your children know haw to pick your puppy up. No grabbing at the shoulders and picking up! Cradle the puppy under her chest and under her belly. 2 hands! Dropping your puppy can leave her with injuries that she can't overcome.

Litter Description: The sire and dam have lots of great attributes that make for an amazing combination. Both dogs are very typical of what you would look for in a working dog, show dog, or family pet. Qenaz comes from 100% German working and confirmation lines.

His entire pedigree holds schutzhund II or higher titles. Qenaz himself is a national and international confirmation champion and is a certified tracking dog. He has the ability to do more and is in training to be a human remains detection dog. Qenaz has excellent size at 67cm and weighing in at around 53kg of pure muscle. Excellent bone structure, clear markings, and a jet black mouth. This boy is one of the finest dogs I have ever handled and has a fantastic work drive.

Ali is from some of Europe's finest breeding. A true beauty with heavy muscle mass and a very correct overall dog. Ali has a lot of will to please. She could and would do almost anything. She is a very protective girl and a fantastic mother. If your looking for mother lines this would be one to pay attention to. Ali has dark markings but almost always produces clear markings. She has a jet black mouth and 1a eyes. Ali stands at 63 cm and weighs approximately 46kg. As you can see in the pictures Ali produces some outstanding babies. The bigger puppies are pictured with their best friend at only 9 months old.

This is a pairing that we had been looking forward to and they produced amazing puppies as expected! Here are just some of the champions on the pedigrees of Ali and Qenaz:

We offer shipping that is stress free for your puppy while being convenient for you. One of the most common questions we are asked is if your puppy will be traumatized during shipping. So, we want them to be as healthy as possible and make sure they avoid any undue stress.
